Resolve "Support Jinja templates in files with extra_vars"

Attila Farkas requested to merge 57-support-jinja-templates-in-files-with-extra_vars into master

The YAML file with extra_vars is now directly passed to ansible using raw_arguments. Ansible can handle Jinja templates inside the file. Closes #57 (closed)
