Increase versions due to security vulnerabilities
requested to merge 63-increase-minimal-versions-of-pyyaml-and-jinja-due-to-security-vulnerabilities into master
Minimal version of pyYAML was increased to 5.3.1 and the minimal version of Jinja to 2.10.1. Closes #63 (closed)
