Remove authlinkedin instead

If the publishing protocol permits MIME-based identification of content types, the content typeof the metadata instance MUST be application/samlmetadata+xml.

The old privatekey_pass was (wrongly) expected to be reused for the new
privatekey_pass. That prevented my SP from loading the new_privatekey.
Users could not log in from entities using the new key.

Clarify that the new key needs a new_privatekey_pass entry.

Sometimes we patch or edit a hook to meet our specific needs.
Somtimes this leaves behind a file like FILENAME.orig. The hook
detection login still runs these other files, making for confusing
debugging issues. Use a stricter match on what makes a valid hook name
to avoid these issues.

* Allows custom logging handler on the console

This is useful for reducing noise during tests
