Start migrating to SAML2 getters/setters

It can be useful to see the AuthData when testing an authentication source.

Since the AuthData can be a hierarchy of data of various depths it is converted
into a pretty printed JSON structure.

Since the amount of AuthData can vary greatly, the data is displayed in side
a `<details>` element which requires clicking to view.

This enables too the implementation of additional contact attributes, as requested in #509 to support the SIRTFI framework.

Only show it if this was a SAML authentication. Shown below the attributes
because the user is most likely more interested in those than in the NameId.
Reuses the present_attributes() function from the attributes table.

Move to its own template, put common functions into an included file.

If simpleSAMLphp is configured with a attribute hook that creates
attribute values containing associative arrays, and is displaying
attributes from an untrusted IdP, it can lead to cross-site scripting.

(Note that the feature allowing for attribute values with associative
arrays is believed to be unused, and will be removed in a future
release.)

Adding a session->getsize class to measure the size of the session. I also removed the reference to the configuration class which saved 12% size of the session size... will be further reduced... hold on.
