It was split into MissingParamType and MissingClosureParamType

It was removed by Psalm in a future version, so will cause errors as soon as we upgrade

Ignore closure return types, as we need to support PHP < 7.

This is not really workable. Need to devise another way to run psalm
periodically without keeping it breaking the build.

Nothing works to make psalm work, try moving the config to the root of the repo and skip the -c parameter.
