This seemed the logical place to do it, because it's essentially
a presentation thing (so in Template, not Locale). There's likely
something to be said for sorting by key aswell as sorting by
translated language name. Picked key for now, seems most predictable.

+ fix typos and indentation

jquery-ui relies on jquery being loaded first.
Previous order doesn't play nice with modules that rely on jquery-ui.

Restore the possibility to use the old ui.

No need to have a postload for clipboard.js in templates.
Use the class "clipboard-btn" and match the data-clipboard-target with the right ID
(or other DOM-element).
