Remove legacy dependency;  It was used by some modules (statistics, oauth).. Those modules now ship with their own local copy of this package.

Show overview of modules in the admin plugin

Added ability to skip validating the AuthnRequest response destination against metadata if the message is signed and the endpoint doesn't already exist in the SP metadata.

This is now combined with the "SAML 2.0 IdP" enabled/disabled flag
which was a bit lonely before, as it's the only flag of its type.

Not all properties are of string type in metadata, so we need to
remove this so we can use the function for any type of language
keyed metadata item.

A new one is in the making but it's completely different.

Since this is an admin screen, we can show the exception message
unconditionally.
