This is due to a recent change in master. We're no longer trying to fill the sessionID for transient sessions (doesn't even make any sense), so everywhere else where we were checking the session ID (e.g. to store the session) we need to check if it's transient instead, and give up in that case.

Integers for example are not uncommon..

prevented them from being used with idplist. This change adds support for allowing
metadata sources to load a list of entities, allowing MDQ to be used for idp list.

This commit adds the ability to override the defaults in the generated SP metadata for SLO Location and ACS endpoints. This is necessary for my use case as I have additional ACS endpoints to publish in my metadata beyond the generated ones as well as a custom SLO handler that I need to direct my users to. If unset in the config, it uses the defaults as before.

Also move the templates to the "saml" module, since they belong in there.
